Okay, so I talk about being Cornish but it’s taken me almost two years to post one of the most traditional recipes – Pasty Pie. Using a Falcon tin as opposed to making inividiual pasties also prevented me from putting my terrible crimping skills on display.
Good hot or cold – hello lunchbox! – this recipe is simple and I hope a winner. Basically, use skirt steak, super finely chipped potatoes and swede plus some chopped onion a very generous amount of seasoning a few daubs of butter on the top and you are good to go.
