After seeing the incredible Erykah Badu at the Met Gala this year it reminded me of all the great music I listened to studying at home. Good ol’ Alicia Keys plus Macy Gray and of course, Kelis. Remember this? Then her album came out and she and it were mega. A blue afro! I saw the awesome artwork to her latest album Food before hearing any of the songs and frankly, it’s far better as a complete album than singles. Have a listen, have a look.
