What will you be doing on Sunday 3rd April? Having a lie-in maybe after a heavy night? Watch T4 in your pyjamas whilst eating crisps and drinking fizzy pop hoping that someone else will pop out the house and buy some real food? Stop right there, you’re probably too old for T4. But also, 3rd April is Mothering Sunday, in response to this day and the perennial challenge of what to buy your Mum we at Found have come to the rescue.

So, in time for Mother’s Day we’ve printed my Breton-born Nan’s apple cake recipe that I grew up with, as designed by Charlotte Farmer. We love that it is a double present – you can gift your Maman with the tea towel whilst being able to bake them the cake too. As Annie herself says ‘it’s my favourite recipe because you always have the ingredients at home’. Well said Nan! But fear not, it tastes great all year round. So there you have it, problem solved and no need to pop to the supermarket after all.
