We don’t like to gush over celebrities, but there are some gals out there with great style and for me Carey Mulligan and Diane Kruger are pretty tops. The former whole heartedly admits that she has a stylist for big occasions (which is refreshing) and laments the fact that people focus on clothing rather than acting (oh…) whereas Kruger only ever dresses herself. Aside from the fact they look great, we’ve also noticed that our Lonely Hearts collection has some similarities with Mulligan’s AW10/11 Miu Miu ensemble and Kruger’s choice of attire in Cannes. Given that LH are a season ahead due to the weather in New Zealand, we love that they are thinking like Miuccia herself – well played LH!

Our most begrudging model proves (hopefully!) that even an everyday person who manages to resist a macrobiotic diet and fitness trainer can wear the look!
